Planned fixes and updates

A few things that will change:
I plan to take out the crisis card and make them random events.
I'm considering swapping out the graphics... can't decide. Cards will be getting custom backgrounds.

I though I fix the layers so horse sdidn't walk on cards but apparently I didn't. Some other minor fixes will get some attention too :)
